Zone land is not ordinary land
The single fact that reorders every other consideration in Mandalika is that land inside the zone is administered by the zone operator, and what an investor typically acquires is a right to build or use for a defined term, not freehold. Incentives attach to conditions — sector, investment size, timelines — and lapse if the conditions are not met. Our pages keep zone land and ordinary Lombok land in separate sections and never quote a zone incentive without the condition attached.
Where zone information comes from
Tenure terms, permitted uses and incentive conditions are taken from the zone operator’s own published terms and the regulations establishing the zone. Licensing and foreign-ownership limits follow the OSS system and the current investment list. Every term carries the date we confirmed it, because incentive frameworks are amended more often than promotional material suggests.
